Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation before delivery (after order placement)
A deposit of EUR 1,000 or GBP 850 is due upon order placement. The deposit is non-refundable, as placing the order triggers sourcing/reservation and the commissioning of restoration/logistics, which are partially paid in advance.
If the Customer cancels after placing the order, the deposit will therefore be retained as a contribution towards costs and work already initiated.
2. Refunds / returns after delivery
Due to the size, weight and historical nature of our products and the bespoke logistics involved (special freight), we offer no returns and no refunds once delivery has taken place.
3. Transport damage (insurance / procedure)
Transport damage is excluded from the above and may be handled via the carrier, provided appropriate transport insurance is in place.
